There are many advantages to concealed installation. When fitting the Ecostat S for two functions, the thermostat body is completely hidden in the wall, that is "under the plaster". (The installation is based on the hansgrohe iBox universal basic set for concealed installation.) The specialist then fits the round chrome set with the two rotary controls to the elegantly concealed technology. The control elements are also round, and have ergonomic pin handles.

This ultra-flat concealed solution not only looks terrific, but also increases the space and freedom of movement when bathing and showering because there is no sweeping mixer to get in the way.
